  • Six of the Top 8 teams on Own Scoring Shot Conversion (Melbourne and Western Bulldogs the exceptions)

  • Six of the Top 8 teams on Opponent Scoring Shot Conversion (Melbourne and Essendon the exceptions)

  • The Top 8 teams on Own Goals and Points

  • Seven of the Top 8 teams on Opponent Goals and Points (Essendon the exception twice)

The full Team Dashboard appears below, a few of the interesting things from which are that:

  • Sydney have recorded 56.2% of their Scoring Shots as goals, Fremantle only 45.3%

  • Collingwood’s opponents have registered 56.9% of their Scoring Shots as goals, Port Adelaide’s only 47.5%

  • Adelaide, Carlton, Gold Coast, and North Melbourne are the only teams to have been outscored by their opponents in each of the four quarters considered separately

  • Brisbane Lions, Melbourne, and Sydney are the only teams to have outscored their opponents in each of the four quarters considered separately

  • Geelong have scored only 19% of their points in Q1s

  • Essendon have scored more points than the three teams atop the competition ladder (but also conceded about 300 points more than all of them)

  • Western Bulldogs have won 84% of Q1s, but only 39% of Q3s

  • GWS have won 64% of Q1s and 61% of Q3s, but only 45% of Q2s and 36% of Q4s
